The beautifully maintained grounds of Encantada features (2) community pools/spa, childrens playground, a natural lake, walking trails, fitness center, games room, lounge, and even an onsite concierge service.

The corner situated townhome has a tiled sitting room, tiled kitchen/dining room area, a queen bedroom and laundry room downstairs. The master bedroom and (2) twin bedrooms are upstairs. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and come with TV's for relaxed viewing. The kitchen is fully furnished and the dining room looks out onto the pool deck with the lake fountain in the background. The over-sized private splash pool is on the red brick paver pool deck and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of attraction hopping.

				High Season Price:	$120 per Day

Payment Policies When you make your reservation we require $200 or 20% deposit of the rental amount which ever is the greater this is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point.
Taxes Florida Law requires that sales tax and occupancy hotel-motel tax be collected on all rentals. The tax rate is currently at 13%. authorities.
Cancellation Policy If for any reason the guest cancels this agreement more than (30) days from the arrival date the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There are no cancellations permitted within (30) days of guest arrival date. All requests for a cancellation must be made in writing.
