Our luxurious private villa in Kissimmee, Florida, has 4 bedrooms (2 master en-suite), 3 bathrooms, pool & jacuzzi, games room, garden area, on the exclusive Emerald Island Resort less than 3 miles to Disney World!

Inside Emerald Hunny Pot Villa, you will find all of the latest features in vacation rentals. All rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with a very high standard of furnishings throughout. With 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, which include 2 master suites (one king and one queen, with en-suite facilities and walk-in closets), 2 Disney themed bedrooms especially for the kids and a pull out queen sized sofa bed in the living room, this villa will make the perfect vacation for any size family/families or group of up to 10 guests. Our dining room features a dining table with 6 chairs, and another dining area including table with 4 chairs which is great for the children. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools. Our beautiful home also includes a fully screened custom built heated private pool with raised spa, and a games room.

Our Games room consists of a pool table, which converts into a tennis table. A small pool table for the little ones. Air hockey, table football, electronic american football arcade game and an electronic safety dart board. We also have 3 sets of golf clubs for our guests to use.

Just two minutes drive from the villa is Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza (on highway 192) with a supermarket (24-hour), post office, medical and pharmacy facilities, bank & ATM machine, liquor store and plenty of choice for dining out or takeaway food. Just under three miles to Walt Disney World (and just one square mile to Disney World property), this resort is a perfect spot to be situated during your stay in the Sunshine State.

				Low Season Price:	$950 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,350 per Week

Prices include sales tax. Shorter and longer stay rates available and from time to time we offer special rates and late booking special offers. Pool/Spa Heat available on request and is payable locally according to current rates (it is recommended from November to April). A £200/$350 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservation, upon which we will provide a written receipt. Cost for rental is due 60 days prior to arrival. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Our house is professionally maintained throughout by a local management company and is cleaned prior to guests’ arrival (the cost is included in the weekly rate). The rate for the villa is for the whole villa and not per person, as most hotels charge. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people plus infants. Our villa has its own private pool, spa and patio area. It has underwater lights if you want to take a dip after dark!
