  Low Season Price: $89 per Day
  High Season Price: $110 per Day
     

Payment Policies When you make your reservation we require $200 or 20% deposit of the rental amount which ever is the greater this is a non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your rental cost. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in and is non-refundable at that point.
Taxes Florida Law requires that sales tax and occupancy hotel-motel tax be collected on all rentals. The tax rate is currently at 13%. authorities.
Cancellation Policy If for any reason the guest cancels this agreement more than (30) days from the arrival date the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There are no cancellations permitted within (30) days of guest arrival date. All requests for a cancellation must be made in writing.
