Our villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with heated swimming pool and spa only 5 mins from Disney. Our home has all the features you would expect for your home away from home. With over 2800 sq ft of living area we're sure your stay in Florida will be more than comfortable. 
The villa is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fride/freezer, waste disposal, ceramic hob and oven, and coffee maker. The kitchen area has breakfast tables and chairs, and breakfast bar with stools that overlook the pool area. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board housed in a utility room , and there is also a cot/crib and a high chair in the house. 
 
The family room has a corner sofa, 42" wall mounted plasma T.V with upgraded cable, and CD player. Patio doors overlook the pool/spa and large deck area with views across a conservation area, block paved deck for maximum sunbathing, and perfect for al fresco dining. A gas BBQ can be hired from our management company at a cost of $60 per week, this includes deliver,collection and gas. 
 
The garage has been converted into a games room incorporating an authentic american pool table, air hockey table, plastation and CD entertainment. 
 
There is a large entrance hall open plan to the lounge with two sofas, coffee table and also a formal dining area. 
 
The master bedroom has a king size bed (6ft), 22" flat screen cable TV ,walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubical and double sinks. 
 
Two second master bedrooms have queen size beds (5ft), both with en suite shower rooms, ample storage and closets,and one of the second masters is situated at ground floor level. 
 
A further three bedrooms all have twin beds and share a bathroom/shower/tub. All rooms have ample storage and there are T.V's with cable in all of the bedrooms. 
 
With the luxury of the house, the excellent on site facilities, and being one of the closest developments to Disney, it is the perfect recipe for a happy and memorable vacation you can share with your family. 
 
Our management team, who are based only a few miles away are ready to provide a 24hr guest service. They will inspect and clean the house before you arrive, and be on hand to arrange services such as attraction tickets, car rental, cruises, tours, golf packages and equpment hire etc.

Windsor hills is on a gated community with 24hr security. There is a club house with many communal facilities, offering a 58 seater movie theatre, fitness centre, table tennis, pool tables, and childrens playground. There is a large infinity pool with sunbeds and childrens waterslide, sundry shop, tennis courts, mini golf, basketball/volleyball. These on site facilities are all free of charge. This is the nearest residential development to Disneyworld which is ideal for park hopping and returning to our villa to freshen up in the afternoon before returning to the parks for the evening parade/firwork events.
