If you book for a lower rate, but not with an 80/20 program approved owner, you will not have access to the Free theme park shuttles, our 24 hr maintenance or repair service, on site housekeeping, and last but not least if you have a maintenance emergency we will place you in a new unit for the remainder of your stay or until the repair is completed for no additional cost. This is not the case with rentals at a lower rate, you will have to pay for another unit if your unit is in need of emergency repair/maintenance. It's just not worth the hassle.
