Vacation Rental Description
The Windsor Hills Resort is the premium 5* rated resort, only 2 miles to Disney. The resort offers recreation facility for every age group. The club house features an olympic size pool, a water slide tube, dancing fountains, hot tub, cabana, pool tables, table tennis, excercise room, a sundry shop and many more. There is a small movie theater located in the club house. The guest may choose movies of their choice and sign up for a show time. It is complementary as our guest. 
 
Just steps away from our condo building is the newly built Recreation Facility with tennis courts, volleyball courts, Basketball court and Put-Put golf. A championship golf course is located right next door. 
 
Childrens play area is equipped with modren equipment with many slides, swings and chess play area. 
 
Many chain and athentic restuarents are located within 1 to 2 miles from the resort. Supermarkets, Target and Wallmart Superstores are located nearby.  
 
The condo is equipped with platinum 5* rated amenities. It features leather sofas, 2 king beds, two twin beds, Sertas diamond pillow top mattresses, full size washer & dryer, fully furnished and well equipped kitchen. Disney themed room for children. 42" plasma TV/DVD/CD in living room, TV/DVD in all bedrooms, baby's high chair, a stroller and a Pac-n-Play. All necessar dishes, sliverware and towels are provided in the unit. Play Station 2 is also provided in the children's bedroom.

    • Disney Theme Parks are only 2 miles from the resort. There is a shuttle service available for a fee. Sea World and Universal Studio is only 20 minutes drive. Kennedy Space Center is 40 minutes drive. Daytona Beach is about 1 hour drive, whereas Cocoa Beach is only 40 minutes away.

    There is a $400 USD deposit required, which is refunded within 10 days of departure date, with no damages. To book a non-refundable 20% booking fee is need, and the balance is due 6 weeks before the arrival date. The booking fee can be paid though PAYPAL.COM or by a credit card. The balance can be paid by a bank draft, Moneygram or a Money Order. We can accept the balance payment with a credit card with a small convenience card processing fee.
