Vacation Rental Description
Our 6 bed 3 bath villa is of the highest standards and is equipped with every modern convenience. including a 60" High Definition TV. For the benefit of our numerous guests we have designated the villa (Non Smoking) however smoking is permitted in the pool area or anywhere outside the villa. Failure to observe these terms may result in forfeiture of security deposit. The villa has been completely repainted throughout.
The large South-facing Pool and Jacuzzi back onto a secluded conservation area for added privacy.
The Pool and Jacuzzi have recently had electronic valves installed thereby allowing heating direct to the Jacuzzi within minutes. So whether you want to relax in a cool bubbly spa or enjoy an evening soaking in the hot tub. Its all at your fingertips.
The Villa is ideally suited for elderly or disabled guests as there are two ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor bathroom with walk in shower.
OUR EXECUTIVE VILLA CONSISTS OF OVER 2800 sq ft OF AIR CONDITIONED AND SMOKE FREE COMFORT COMPRISING OF THE FOLLOWING:
MASTER BEDROOM WITH ON-SUITE BATHROOM AND TWO WALK IN CLOSETS large American King Size bed and matching dressing table together with a TV and Video, Telephone and Alarm Clock. The on-suite bathroom has twin matching wash sinks with featured lighting, Bath and large walk in shower.
3 further bedrooms and an extra bathroom upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs.All bathrooms contain hair dryers.
The bedrooms contain the following, 3 bedrooms with (US)Queen double beds and 3 bedrooms with twin beds in each.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and all Crockery and Utensils.
The laundry Room contains Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.
The Villa is Fully air conditioned and Centrally Heated throughout with Fans in all bedrooms and the main lounge.

The Villa has an upstairs Den which has a TV and Video Player, where the children can play Video Games without the need to use the TV in the downstairs lounge. There are several Phone extensions throughout the villa. The Den is also ideal for use as an area for private phone calls or Internet Access as and when required.

Crescent Lakes is in Kissimmee and is a quiet up-market residential area off the 192 East of Disney. We have stayed in many locations in the Disney area always with a view to eventually purchasing a vacation home. When we discovered Crescent Lakes we knew immediately that this was the perfect location because it has both the proximity to all the major theme parks (Disney, Sea World, Universal and others) as well as having the privacy & space that other housing developments don't. All the houses are well spaced out and are beautifully designed both externally & internally.
At the back of Crescent Lakes is an enormous Conservation Area which has nature walks over a boarded walk-way where you can see exotic wildlife and birds and many species of plants and shrubs. As the name suggests, Crescent Lakes is host to many lakes which are stocked full of fish. You are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area - it is ideal for children too as you can catch fish in a matter of seconds!
