All other attractions in the Orlando area and Busch Gardens in Tampa are easily accessible from the I 4, just 5 minutes from the villa. The air con accommodation briefly comprises of: • Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, full en suite facilities, TV and with direct access to pool area• Master bedroom with Queen sized bed, full en suite facilities, TV• Third bedroom full size bed, Fourth bedroom two twin beds and shared bathroom • Spacious Family room with large TV, DVD• Fully equipped kitchen • Laundry room with both washer and dryer • Large extended south facing pool deck with optional heating and a jacuzzi • Free local telephone calls and hi-speed wireless internet. It has access to use of Tower Lake with boat ramp.

    50% of the Total must be received at time of booking. Balance is to be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. Upon receipt of full payment, directions and key instructions will be given. To book on line you must use credit card or Pay Pal or send Cashier's Check in advance. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by us. There is additional 12% Florida Tax on the rental. If paying by either credit card or Pay Pal there is additional 3% charge (4% if international payment).
