Vacation Rental Description
Our Villa is built on a secure gated community & is fully air conditioned. It has 2 master bedrooms one with en-suite, the queen double bedroom opens up onto the pool, 2 twin rooms & cot all with cable TV, all linen & towels are provided. The open living area has cable TV, DVD & PlayStation. There is a utility room which has a washing machine, tumble dryer, Hoover, iron & ironing board, the single garage is accessible from the utility room. The kitchen is fully equipped & also has a radio/CD player, this leads onto the snook dining area. The private pool is screened & heated. There are sun lounger’s & table & chairs for outside dining. The villa is a short walk to a 24hr Wal-Mart, a Win Dixie, Blockbusters, Dollar Tree and a number of fast food outlets such as MacDonald’s & Burger King. As well as the Golf & Country Club, there is a children's play area, communal swimming pools, tennis courts & a fishing lake on site. Payments by paypal available

    Arrival at the property, unless otherwise agreed should be after 4pm local time. The property must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. CANCELLATION: Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing and is subject to the following cancellation charges: - more than 8 weeks prior to arrival – full refund - Between 4 and 8 weeks prior to arrival – 50% of total rental cost - less than 4 weeks prior to arrival – no refund SECURITY BOND: A bond of £200/$400 will be held on behalf of the owners against loss or damage occasioned by the use of the property by the parties to this agreement. The bond will be fully refundable, within 2 weeks of vacating the villa, after a satisfactory status report has been received. No pets permitted. For the comfort of our future guests, smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please read the security information provided by the management company.
