OrcaVille is nestled in a quiet cul de sac on the gated community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. Southern Dunes is located on Highway 27, 7 miles from junction 55 of the I-4. It's ideally placed for exploring all the attractions the Orlando area has to offer and allowing the whole family to have a truly magical holiday, no matter what their pleasures - be they leisure, golf, park visiting, shopping or nature loving. Whatever the needs, you're only minutes away from it.

Living Areas: There is a spacious open planned living area with cathedral ceiling and ceiling fan. The lounge area is light and airy and tastefully furnished with comfy sofas. In the lounge there’s a remote control cable TV and a portable hi-fi unit. This is a radio and CD player. A DVD player has recently been added and DVDs can be hired from the local Blockbusters, a few minutes away.I n the cupboards underneath are a selection of books, games and jig saws for your amusement. A sliding glass door opens out onto a covered patio area which makes a great eating area besides the pool.

Off the lounge area is the formal dining area. This seats 6 people in comfort. There is a table and chairs in the breakfast area, between the lounge and kitchen. This seats 4 people and looks out onto the pool.
The ultra modern kitchen has every convenience - large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge with freezer compartment and automatic ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, enough crockery and cutlery for 12 settings. Everything you should need including the good old British tea pot and tea cosy!!! There are 2 telephones with FREE calls.

Master Bedrooms: Master bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, tv and telephone.There is a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. A set of sliding doors lead onto the pool deck. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a basin, toilet and walk in shower. There is also a door that leads out onto the pool deck.

The second master bedroom also has a queen sized bed, a large walk in closet, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet.
The ensuite bathroom here features a sink, toilet and bath with shower over.

Other Bedrooms: Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds, a walk in closet and drawers. It has been decorated with a whale and dolphin theme. The bedcovers have the whales and the curtains the dolphins. The theme continues with the cushions and goodies on the wall.To top it off an almost 4 foot blue whale found it's way onto the wall above the closet.

Bedroom 4 also has 2 twin beds, walk in closet and drawers. This room has an air and space theme There are lots of photos, badges and other bits on the wall. Above the closet in this room is a large wooden propellor to add to the theme. Ideal for the budding aviator or astronaut. These 2 bedrooms share the third bathroom. There are 2 cribs, a highchair and a stroller in the villa for your use.

Exterior: On the pool deck there is a table and chairs so you can sit and relax before taking a dip. These are located in the lanai next to the bedroom door. There are also a couple of sun loungers. Just wonderful to come home to after a heavy day at the parks. The washer and dryer are located in the double garage, thus avoiding having to listen to them when you're enjoying a bit of relaxation time.

Payment due 8 weeks prior to arrive;.
Security bond of £150 payable with the final rental monies. This is refundable, providing no damage has occurred.

Payment accepted in cash, cheque and credit cards. Credit card payment will be in dollars and only available through PayPal.

All prices include tax and cleaning charge. Cleaning charge for less than 7 nights is £65. No minimum stay.

Pool heating is £95 per week.
