Booking Procedure 3. Any booking MUST be confirmed with a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total rental sum. The deposit must be received within 10 days of any provisional reservation. 5. The full remaining balance MUST be received at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. 7. Payments can be made in: US$ by cheque or bank transfer to our US Bank £ by cheque or bank transfer to our bank in the UK 9. Directions and other General Information will be forwarded following payment of Balance. 10. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of US$ 300.00/ £200.00 must be paid at the time of final payment (8 weeks prior to your arrival date). This deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment within 2 weeks of your departure from AOKvilla, providing there has been no reported damage of loss to the property of its contents and all keys have been returned to either the property management or the lock box as instructed.
