Vacation Rental Description
Pearl Villa is a luxury two story villa with over 2,200 sq.ft. of living space. Located on Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club, a safe gated community on the US 27 and only 20 minutes from Disney World. The private pool with a large sun deck is fantastic for those quieter, more relaxed days not spent visiting the theme parks.
The villa is fully air conditioned with a large family room, sitting room and two dining areas, the open plan layout of the villa offers ample space for a family or group of friends.

We want you to feel completely relaxed and enjoy all aspects of our luxury home and treat it as your own for your well earned vacation.

Private Pool:
The 30ft x 15ft pool is South West facing and benefits from the sun from mid morning to dusk. Underwater lighting, perfect for a late evening swim.
A safety fence the whole length of the pool for the safety of small children. This can be removed at the discretion of our guests.
The covered porch has a patio table and chairs; there are also 6 padded sun loungers on the large sundeck.
The pool has free solar heating, there is also electric heating for the cooler months for which there is a charge if it is requested.
Features of our villa
Family Room
An open plan and spacious room with 3 large sofas to relax in, 32" flat screen cable TV, DVD player. A PlayStation and various board games for all the family.
Lounge
A 2nd lounge area with a 3 seater sofa and CD player. Choose a book to read from our library and chill out.
Dining
The formal dining room with table and seating for 6 and our breakfast room overlooking the pool with table and seating for 4 is ideal.
Kitchen
Fully fitted with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water, ceramic top stove, built in microwave. Coffee maker, toaster, juicer, smoothie maker, glasses and flatware. Plastic glasses, dishes and plates for the pool deck.
Bedrooms
Master King En-Suite with a 6ft bed and ceiling fan.
Queen with 5ft bed.
2 Twin rooms.
All 4 bedrooms have cable TV, DVD players.
Bathrooms
Master En-Suite~Family and Shower room.
Hairdryers are provided in all 3 bathrooms.
Laundry Room
Full laundry room in the house with washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games Room
A 7ft pool table and a full size air hockey table.
Keep fit! To burn off those extra pounds we have a cross trainer.
WIFI
Free High Speed Wireless Internet access is provided. The wireless DSL network offers speeds of up to 3mbps. The system is ready to use, just bring along your own laptop computer.

All local telephone calls are free
A baby's pak-n-play crib, highchair, and buggy/stroller are all provided free of charge.
We have an excellent management company who can be called upon at any time of the day
Southern Dunes resort facilities including all golf, clubhouse bar and restaurant, 3 communal swimming pools, tennis courts and a children's play area.
A 10 minute walk outside of the community you will find a 24hr Wal-Mart, petrol station, bank, restaurants, Blockbuster video and smaller outlet stores.

Our rates are fully inclusive of tax, solar pool heat, wireless internet and utilities Bookings are not restricted to seven day multiples. Rental periods of seven days or more will be calculated on a pro rata basis. ELECTRIC POOL HEAT : Optional on request £95/$170 per week. DEPOSIT : A non refundable deposit of £150/$270 per.week booked is required to secure a booking. Bookings of 6 days or less will incur a cleaning fee of £60/$95. SECURITY DEPOSIT : Your credit card will be pre-authorised for £300/$600. Payment by direct bank transfer, cheque or credit card
