    		  Low Season Price: $130 per Day
      High Season Price: $200 per Day
         

    Deposits - All cottages require a $250 fully refundable deposit (if no damage to cottage). Deposits will be refunded within 30 days departure. Deposits may not be applied to payment of cottage. Cancellations - Full refund is given if you cancel with 10 days prior to day of arrival. If staying for 1 month or longer a 30 day cancellation is required. Pets - No pets at the Eagle's Nest cottage. The Blue Heron is our pet friendly cottage. All pets must be pre-approved by management. There is a cleaning fee of $75. Pontoon Boat Rental - $150 for a full day (8am-6pm) or $90 for ½ day (8am-1pm).
