This beautiful villa on the Florida Pines estate on highway 27 is ideally situated for all the major attractions and minutes away from highway 192 where a great number of restaurants can be found, although highway 27 can now boast several superb restaurants and takeaways. The detatched villa is set amongst other holiday homes and residential properties. There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a queen bed en-suite bathroom and large walk in wardrobe.This room also features its own t.v.. There are a further 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a seperate 2nd bathroom with bath and shower. The extremely spacious sitting room has a t.v. and dvd player with ample seating overlooking the outside pool. The dining room has seating for 6 people with an extra eating area for six in the large kitchen ,there is also a breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons including the usual U.S. style big fridge/freezer incorporating an ice maker, coffee perculator, electric can opener, waste disposal, toaster, microwave , enormous oven etc. etc.The large double garage houses the washing machine and dryer for your convenience.The pool is south facing and can be heated if required, although this is not usually required for most of the year thanks to Florida's lovely weather.Outside furniture is provided including loungers for you to be able to soak up Florida sunshine. The whole area is screened for your comfort and compliant with the law an alarm is fitted to the door from the villa to prevent toddlers reaching the pool without your knowledge.This villa is extremely spacious with a floor area comparable with many 4 bed properties giving it a very light and spacious living area.It is well maintained by the management company and regularly checked by the owners.

The beautiful beaches of Clearwater and Cocoa beach are only an hours drive away Daytona beach is 1hr 30 minutes away. The everglades are also within easy reach of the villa. To travel further afield the Keys are a lovely place to visit and can be reached with half a day.

The villa has its own pool with lanai,1 queen bedroom with ensuite and 2 twin bedrooms with seperate bathroom. seperate dining area with further dining in the kitchen.tv in master bedroom. all towels and bedding are provided as are sunloungers and pool furniture. In the main sitting room there is cable t.v. and a dvd player. The patio doors leading to the pool are alarmed for child safety. Fire alarm systems are installed as are co2 detectors. The estate is very quiet and lies between highway4 and highway 192. Highway 192 is where all the restaurants and shopping outlets can be found. Also on the edstate is a community playground and swimming pool. The villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard and has all the modern convieniences for a very relaxing stay. Disney and all the main theme parks are only a 20 minute drive away.

Low Season Price : £350 High Season Price : £400 per Week
deposit:£100 per week is required. Confirmation of your booking will follow and the deposit then becomes non refundable but will be deducted from the final amount due. The balance of rental and a refundable security of £150 in the event of breakages is to be paid 8 weeks before departure.
