Our luxury villa with south facing pool and spa is new for 2007. Situated on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, a gated community, off Highway 27 and minutes from Interstate 4. Our villa model is the largest 4 bed villa on Tower Lake at 2129 sq ft. Lakefront amenities to include a clubhouse with gym, boat ramp, fishing dock and picnic areas.

Located within easy reach of Disney (approx 15 minutes) and theme parks, attractions and restaurants. Approx 50 minutes to Busch gardens and Beaches.
Just minutes from Champions Gate golf course and 24/7 Wal-Mart supermarket.

The villa is beautifully furnished, air conditioned and fully equipped for 8 -10 persons. Large private south facing pool with Spa and Games Room.

Two master bedrooms and two twin rooms all with Cable TV/DVD and en-suite bathrooms.

Master bedroom with king-size bed, cable TV/DVD, walk in wardrobe and bathroom with twin basins, bath and large walk in shower. Hairdryer. Door to pool area.

Second master bedroom with queen-size bed, cable TV/DVD and walk-in wardrobe. En-suite Bathroom has large walk in shower. Hairdryer.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, cable TV, PS2 and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Bedroom 4 is upstairs, has twin beds, cable TV/DVD and En-suite Bathroom with walk in shower.

Lounge/family room overlooks the pool area and is comfortably furnished with sofas, one of which is a sofa bed sleeping two persons, cable TV and DVD player. Patio doors to lanai and pool area.

Dining room is open plan to the lounge and has formal dining table and 6 chairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, American fridge/freezer with ice maker and laundry area with washing machine and dryer. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools and a breakfast nook, overlooking the pool area, with table and 4 chairs.

Outside, is the covered lanai(patio) with patio furniture, sun loungers and extended L shaped pool measuring 20ft x 24ft x 10ft max. A child safety fence is provided for the pool area.

Games room includes pool table, table tennis, electronic darts board, radio/casette player and various games.

A travel cot, high chair and light stroller are provided free of charge.

A non-refundable Resevation deposit of £200/$200 will hold your booking. A security deposit of £200/$200 is required with the outstanding Balance which will be due 8 weeks before arrival date.
