Set in a private gated community called Calabay Parc at Tower, the villa is newly built to a very high standard and is tastefully decorated. The quiet community is set around a lake that features a fishing pier and a clubhouse (to be built in 2008). 
The villa itself is decorated and furnished to a high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living space is open plan and has high ceilings which gives a light and airy feel to the home. The villa is also air-conditioned to give you extra comfort. 
There are 4 bedrooms - 2 queen and 2 twin. All bedrooms have a TV, cable and DVD player. The rooms are comfortable and private, giving you a perfect place to relax. The 2 master bedrooms have doors leading out to the pool and have ensuite bathrooms. The 2 twin bedrooms share a bathroom. One twin bedroom is disney-themed, so would be suitable for young children (or just young at heart). For extra comfort, there are 2 queen sleeper sofas and a travel cot free of charge. 
The games room is an excellent feature. It is fully carpeted and has a table & 4 chairs. It also boasts a quality pool table, foosball, air-hockey, darts and board games. 
In the living, there is enough seating for 7 people. There is a 32" HD LCD TV with a Playstation 3, blu-ray movies and games. We have also included a home cinema sound system, digital HD cable and free Premiership football matches on the TV! The living room has an excellent view out to the pool and to the kitchen/dining area. 
The covered, heated L-shaped pool and spa are a great place to relax and also have fun. They are heated, so in the colder months, you can relax and unwind easily. The pool is south facing too, so you benefit from full sun all day. At the end of the pool, there is an extended patio area with 4 sun loungers to help you get that Florida tan.

Our villa has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Every bedroom has a TV with cable and a DVD player. The living room has a 32" HD LCD TV attached to a Playstation 3 with movies & Blu-Ray films. The den also has a 27" TV with cable and a stero that plays DVD as well as having an IPOD dock. One of our best features is the games room. Originally the double garage, it is now fully carpetted and has been painted. There is a variety of activities to keep you occupied including a pool table, foosball, air-hockey, darts & board games. There's even a table & chairs to help you relax! 				Low Season Price:	$800 per Week
				High Season Price:	$1,090 per Week

A booking can be confirmed on receipt of a 10% deposit plus the security fee. AFter this, the balance must be paid 10 weeks before arrival. If you cancel your booking closer than 6 weeks before, you will lose the deposit + security fee. If you cancel 10 weeks before, you lose the deposit only. The security fee is £100/$200 per week, up to a maximum of £200/$400. This will be returned to you when the management company confirms that there is no damage, extra cleaning For pets, an extra £50/$100 must be added to the security fee - this will be refunded also.
