Our villa is a lovely four bedroom, three bathroom property with its own large swimming pool in the quiet community of Aylesbury, Davenport. It is just five minutes from exit 55 of the main Interstate (I4) which will take you to the Disney & Universal attractions plus the beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. It is ideally placed for your holiday and is the ideal place to relax after a busy day enjoying all the exciting places Orlando has to offer.
It has two double bedrooms, both en suite (one with direct access onto the pool deck) and Cable TV. There is a twin bedded room with a Mickey Mouse theme, Cable TV, a PS 2 and games and a second twin bedded room with a further bathroom.

The living area has a vaulted ceiling giving it a bright and airy feel; it is tastefully furnished with three large sofas and has Cable TV, Video, DVD with surround sound and a CD player.

The open plan kitchen has everything you require with a Cooker and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer (with ice maker), Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal. A laundry area is provided with a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board.

Our garage has been converted into a Games Room and has a full size Pool Table, Table Football and an electronic Darts Board as well as a selection of other games and toys.

Patio doors lead from the lounge onto our extended pool deck which is partially covered giving you shade from the Florida sun; it is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers for relaxation. The large pool (15' x 30') is fully screened for your protection, it is a salt treatment pool which is much kinder to the skin and can be heated if required for an additional charge. The pool is south east facing so you can enjoy the sun from early moring until late afternoon. All doors and windows opening directly onto the pool area are alarmed for the safety of any children.

The property is fully air conditioned for your comfort and is maintained to a high standard by our locally based Management Company who also provide a 24 hour emergency helpline.

We provide free of charge, a safe, boroadbak wireless internet connection (just bring you own laptop), all linen, towels including pool and beach towels, local telephone calls, a High Chair, Cot and Buggy. The property is fitted with a monitored alarm.

Aylesbury is located just off US 27 and is minutes away from exit 55 of Interstate 4 providing easy access to the Disney and Universal attractions as well as the beaches on the Gulf and Space Coasts both of which are less than 90 minutes drive away. It is well situated for your holiday and is only minutes away from several executive golf courses; restaurants, shopping, takeaways and supermarkets (including a large WAL MART).
Walt Disney World; SeaWorld and Universal Studios are 15-20 mins by car; Busch Gardens near Tampa is 1 hours drive away and well worth a visit.
Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes by car and Sanford Airport 60 minutes away.
There are many shopping malls and outlet stores in Orlando all within a maximum of 40 minutes drive away.
There is so much more to see in the area and a visit to the town of Celebration is a must or take an air boat ride to view the local wildlife.

The balance together with a refundable security deposit of £150 is due 10 weeks before you depart. The charge for heating the pool (required November –April) is £10 per day. The villa will be available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 hrs on the departure date. However these times are negotiable. Bookings of 18 days or more attract a discount of 5% and bookings within 21 days of the commencement date attract a discount of 10%. The minimum stay in the villa is 3 days and any stay of 5 days or less incurs a £40 cleaning charge.
