Vacation Rental Description
Beautiful extremely spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home (3000sq.ft). With a large family room and a separate sitting room there is plenty of space to spread out and escape from the kids. A new Games Room has just been added with Pool Table, Air-Hockey Table, Football Table, Basket Ball Game, Electronic Darts Game and a PS2. Two master bedrooms en-suites make this the perfect holiday home for two families. The beautiful, heated pool (only required in the winter) has a covered lanai for much needed shade on those hot sunny days and it doesn't back onto another property so you have privacy. A built in music system connects all rooms including the Pool Deck can also be used for intercom etc.ideal for waking the children up.
Location
Located just 15 Minutes from Disney the villa is in the quiet area of the US 27 but within 2 miles there are supermarkets, a petrol station, pharmacy and restaurants. The 192, with it's many shops and restaurants is only a 5 minute drive.
There are several golf courses with a few minutes of the villa including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate course. For those who like walking, the Lake Louise nature reserve is only a 10 minutes drive north on the US 27, take a picnic.
For those who like fishing, the largest tarpon ever recorded was caught at Homossassa on the Gulf Coast
Facilities
A beautiful villa situated on the development of Tuscan Ridge. This air conditioned villa is modern and re-decorated, and fully equipped inside and out, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There is ample deck space by the pool with luxury sun loungers and furniture. On the Pool deck there is a large Gas BBQ. Inside the villa there are 4 good-sized bedrooms two with their own bathrooms. The lounge dining area is a good size with 50” TV with HD cable service. The villa also has TV and DVD's in all bedrooms plus TV/DVD/PS2 in second living room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with microwave etc. The villa has all modern conveniences.
Activities
Disney is just a short drive away (15min) and you will be ideally located just minutes away from the I-4 so you can get to all the attractions such as Universal Studios, Space Kennedy and shopping malls etc. If Golf is your thing, then the famous Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf complex, is just 5 minutes away.

DEPOSIT/SECURITY DEPOSIT Deposit £75/$130 per week is required with booking form BALANCE OF PAYMENT The balance of the cost is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the departure date. Key collection details will be sent to you after full payment has been received. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. CANCELLATION CHARGES The client may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply: A.) More than eight weeks before departure - deposit forfeited. B.) Between four and eight weeks before departure - 50% of total cost forfeited. C.) Less than 4 weeks before departure - 100% of total cost forfeited. If through circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary for us to cancel (which would be wholly exceptional) we will refund any monies paid, without interest or further compensation.

We invest in our home so ou can relax with every thing you need in a home
We travel to our villa two to three time a year on these visits we make sure the home is kept in its executive home standard. We want our guests to to have a great holiday and we have fully equipped our home with all the extras your would want.
Our home is located just of Highway 27 two miles north of the I4, this makes travaling orund easy with a new shoping area being developed by the I4 new shops opening regulary. If you turn right out onto the 27 you are just one mile from Takeaway , rwsturants, bar ect and keep going for a further mile and the is loads of restarants to and bars to choice from.
Disney if no problem as you just have to nip up the I4 and you are there
