Our beautiful 5 bed 3 bath villa complete with large private pool & spa backing onto orange groves and Lake Davenport beyond. No rear neighbours.Very spacious at 2270sq ft and located just off Highway 27 and 1 mile from US192 the main road to Walt Disney World.
Fully air conditioned with high cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans.
The utility room has large washing machine and drier etc.
The Master Bedoom has a Queen bed,large ensuite bathroom and walk in closet,cable TV & DVD.
The second Queen Bedroom overlooks the orange groves and Lake Davenport and has an adjacent bathroom with full facilities. There is a third Queen Bedroom with an adjacent bathroom plus two twin bedrooms. There are two rollaway beds.
Free wireless internet and landline phone calls within the continental US and Canada.
The door onto the pool deck and barbecue area is alarmed to prevent unautorised access by small children.
All the amenities including cable TV, VCR, DVD & films,gamecube and games, crib, highchair, pool toys, barbecue and large games room incorporating fussball, air hockey, games and comfortable seating.
The pool is cleaned weekly and our excellent local management company are on 24 hour call to ensure that the villa is very well maintained and cleaned and our guests are well looked after.
A welcome pack of groceries can be arranged in advance.

Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona are just 75 mins away on the East Coast.

In addition to the big theme parks, there is Gatorland, several zoos, some great aquariums, the Orlando Science Centre,Busch Gardens and Lowry Park Zoo in Tampa, Wet N'Wild water park, Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins,the latest water park, Aquatica and Downtown Disney with allits wonderful shops, restaurants and boat hire.

$85 for cleaning for stays of under 7 nights.

Interim maid service available on request at $85.

Cancellation policy-Less than 5 weeks before departure date- 100% of total cost will be due.
Between 5-8 weeks of departure date-50% of total cost will be due.
More than 8 weeks before departure-deposit only.
