Vacation Rental Description
This two-story 6BR/4BA villa is in the popular "Hampton Lakes" community. It has about 3200 SqFt living space, and is the perfect home away from home for your family vacation in Orlando FL. It is located in a very quiet (surrounded by Orange Groves with country style serenity), medium sized community (about 200 houses), prestigious lake community close to the famous Champions Gate Golf Complex with 2 beautiful golf courses, off the interstate I-4, CR54 and US27. The villa is located within 10 to 20 minutes of all major attractions, stores and restaurants. It is less than 15 minutes to the main gate of Disney World. The villa has two large master en-suite on the first floor: with king-size bed and large private bathroom. The third en-suite has a queen-size bed and a full bath on the second floor. The rest three bedrooms on the second floor each has two twin beds, and they share a hall bath. A big screen Plasma TV is in the large bright family room, there are three TVs in each en-suite. There is a DVD player and Gamecube. There is a formal dining room and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided. Crib, high-chair and stroller are also available. There is also a games room with 8 ft pool table and 8 ft air hockey table. We purchased this villa in Sep 2008, we remodeled the kitchen with new stainless steel appliance, and furnished the whole house with brand new furniture and Ashely bedding.
In addition to its convenient location and all the amenities above, the villa has the following advanced features:
1) The villa has a large private screened south facing swimming pool (30' X 15') and hot spa. Both can be heated and receive the all day long Florida sunshine.
2) The villa is very child safe and friendly. It is equipped with child safety fence around the pool/spa.
3) The villa has 17ft high ceilings, which make the villa very bright and spacious.
4) The villa has high-speed internet, and is free of use. There is also free long distance phone service to US and Canada
5) The villa has a finished game room with a 8 ft pool table and 8 ft air hockey.
6) The community has two lakes, a swimming pool, play ground, flood lit tennis courts, and a beach volleyball court, all of them are free of use.
We are owners renting directly to renters. I have someone living on the same street taking care of the property, so that your request for assistance can be handled in a timely fashion when you are on site.
If you decide to make a reservation, I shall forward you the rental agreement and booking form to fill out and sign. A $300.00 refundable security deposit has to be paid to hold the reservation. The Villa shall be reserved under your name as soon as we receive the signed agreement and deposit. I will confirm the booking by email along with the actual location and driving directions. The rental payment is due 60 days before your check in. All other information including the lock box key code in order for you to gain entrance into the villa will follow soon. The security deposit will be refunded to the renter within two weeks after check out date following a satisfactory inspection from the property
management company.
