The house is all on one level and has a very spacious layout. Upon entering the front door there is a formal dining area to the left and a formal living area in front. To the right is the master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, chair to relax in, french doors to the pool and deck and an over sized en-suite bathroom with two sinks, oval bath and walk in shower. Walking through the living area takes you to the nook where informal meals can be eaten, with another set of french doors to the pool and deck. Overlooking the nook is the kitchen which is the centre of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. Leading off the kitchen is a laundry room which leads to the garage which has been transformed into a games room with a pool table, air hockey and foosball table. Back in the house the kitchen also overlooks the family room, in which there are a third set of french doors to the pool and deck. The family room houses the main entertainment system. To the left of the family room are the two twin bedrooms which have a bathroom between them. At the end of the family room is a sliding door which allows the second bedroom, which has a queen sized bed, and bathroom, which has it’s own door to the pool, to be shut off if desired. 
 
Outside the pool is a fantastic shape covering the far corner of the screened enclosure leaving a large space to relax and enjoy the conservation views. The pool benefits from solar powered heating meaning you can swim in warm water all year round. There is a double lanai with furniture for you to be able to eat outside or relax by the pool.
