Vacation Rental Description
A really lovely 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. In a very quiet location and overlooking conservation land.The master bedroom has a super king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. This has twin basins, a tub and a large walk in shower.There is a large walk in closet next to this.There is a twin bedded room next to the master suite.On the other side of the property is a double room with a king size bed, and a second twin bedded room.The second bathroom is between these bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own cable t.v.s.All have large walk in closets.The living accommodation comprises of a large family lounge with 37" t.v. a second lounge with hi-fi/c.d. player,a separate dining room with table and 6 chairs for formal dining, an open plan kitchen with cooker,eye level microwave,dishwasher,waste disposal unit,large fridge/freezer with ice making facility, toaster, coffee machine.There is a separate utility room with washing machine and a tumble dryer.The sliding patio doors from the the family lounge lead to the pool. This is approximately 30x15 feet.Pool heat is available if required. There is underwater lighting for those late night dips.On the patio deck there is a large glass table and 6 chairs for al fresco dining in the glorious Florida sun.There are loungers and soft chairs for sun bathing.

    • Our villa is not back to back as so many are, and our pool is South West facing so is therefore in the sun all day. We also have a covered lanaii so you may be in the shade if preferred.
