This Villa is a corner lot with a one car garage. It backs onto the golf course and the club house is across the street. The house faces the 18th hole. There is a swimming pool just down the street, with pool furniture and nice changing rooms and showers. It has a nice covered patio with , furnished and tiled so you can lie out. It also has a Gas BBQ. The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a King size bed and en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each of them. There is also a sofabed in the living room. This is a gated community with 24 hour guard. There is a hugh WalMart right outside the complex. It is 15 minutes drive to Disney and 30 minutes from Orlando Airport
