Main Features are a large 30' x 15' South Facing Private Pool overlooking our tropically landscaped garden, with a luxurious separate hydrotherapy hot tub/spa (not found in many rental homes), complete with fantastic relaxing massage jets – perfect for soaking those tired Disney limbs whilst enjoying those wonderful sunsets and a Professional Games Room with full size pool/snooker table, electronic dart board, digital cable T.V. with playstation 2, a football table and seating area. Registered/Licensed with Florida State.

Master Bedroom
Luxurious designer king bed (6’), silk filled bed topper with egytian cotton sheets, ceiling fan and T.V., featuring a sand stone cultured Marble Bath and Vanity Areas, with his and hers walk- in wardrobes, there is also a sitting room with chaise looking out over the pool and gardens which has patio doors leading out onto the pool area.
2nd Master Bedroom
Ornate queen bed (5’ 6”), silk filled bed topper with egytian cotton sheets, ceiling fan and T.V. with full bathroom and located upstairs providing comfort and privacy, this room is very spacious.
Double Bedroom
Double bed with silk filled bed topper and egytian cotton sheets, with Digital Cable TV and shower room with W.C. across the hall. This shower room also doubles as a poolside shower room as there is direct access from the pool area.
1st Twin Bedroom
Padded bed topper, egyptian cotton sheets, with full shared bathroom, large wardrobe, themed with Pooh Bear.
2nd Twin Bedroom
Padded bed topper, egyptian cotton sheets, with full shared bathroom and large wardrobe.
Family Room
Spacious 22’ x 14’, with large 56" T.V. with digital cable (300 channels) and DVD, comfy leather corner sofa with sprung queen size pull out bed and ceiling fan.
2nd Lounge
Formal with comfy seating for six, with reading books.
Dining Room
Grand formal dining a great room for relaxing.
Kitchen
Fully equipped limed oak kitchen including dish washer, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, microwave and waste disposal etc, with large Breakfast Bar, well stocked.

Overlooking the pool with patio doors.
Private Swimming Pool
Oversized 15’ x 30’, South Facing, thus allowing sun all day long, one of the most impressive pool and sun deck areas on Hampton Lakes, a safety fence for children is supplied.
The pool is fitted with automatic cleaning and filtration equipment, underwater lighting, and an electric heater for the cooler months in the winter. Pool heating is optional, may be required from December – March only.

New - a luxurious separate hot tub/spa complete with adjustable fantastic relaxing massage jets, and underwater lighting – perfect for those wonderful sunsets, luxurious beyond belief, you're in control of the temperature and massage jets!

20' x 19' fully equiped with slate bed pool/snooker table, table football, electronic dartboard, and playstation 2 with 27" Digital Cable TV, with a selection of games, even huge chess/draughts. Community equipment also provided tennis rackets etc. Plus Golf Clubs and Fishing Equipement.
Extended Pool/Patio Area
22’ x 45’ (not including the Porched area), covered by large lanai with separate seating and sunbathing areas equipped with ample padded pool furniture, 2 dining tables, sunloungers, recliners with foot stools and rear access, overlooking the landscaped garden with easy clean steel gas bbq.
Large Covered Porch/Patio Area
Additional eating area essential for the Florida sun, also with ceiling fan.
