Vacation Rental Description
Our home is a luxury 5 bedroom executive villa approx. 15 minutes from the nearest Disney park. It is very spacious having 2 lounges, 5 bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bath/shower rooms,all with fitted robes, a large den/lounge with full size air hockey table, t.v. with playstaion and games. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer. microwave,cooker, dishwasher and full range of untensils. The pool is fully coveredand is right out the patio doors with sun loungers and patio table and also an outside washroom. 
We have a 65" t.v. in the downstairs lounge with t.v's in the den and 2 bedrooms. 
Our home is beautifully furnished and is the largest type built on Legacy Park at over 3400 square feet of living space.

A DAMAGE WAIVER DEPOSIT OF $250 IS REQUIRED WHICH IS REFUNDABLE AFTER VACATING OUR HOME AND NO DAMAGE IS REPORTED BY OUR MANAGEMENT. POOL HEAT IS AVAILABLE IN LOW SEASON AT $15 PER DAY. IT IS NOT USUALLY REQUIRED IN THE HOTTER MONTHS.
