In addition to all of the above we have provided a selection of DVD’s, Videos, CD’s, Books, Board Games and PlayStation games, so if the kids get bored playing in the pool, or if they tire of the Pool Table, Foosball Table or Air Hockey Table, there will always be something to entertain them.  
Our villa is licensed by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants and is in full compliance with the state safety standards. There are smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting and alarms on all the doors leading to the pool area.

    • Our fabulous home is located on The Manors at Westridge which is ideally located on Highway 27 –just a short drive from the Interstate 4 and the famous Highway 192.  
    You can be on Disney property in less than 15 minutes and all of Orlando’s top attractions are only a maximum of a 30 minute drive away. It only takes about 60 minutes to reach Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach or Daytona Beach and it is an easy drive to the beautiful Gulf Beaches. (Approx. 90 minutes) 
    There are numerous shopping/eating areas within a 10 minutes drive. You will be spoilt for choice. We are surrounded by golf courses, the nearest of which is just two minutes away. There is a 24hour Wal-Mart within a 5 minute drive, so whatever time you arrive at our home you will be able to pick up some supplies.

    Non-refundable deposit of £100 / US$150 per week required to reserve dates. Remainder of rental due for payment 8 weeks prior to rental period. We also require a refundable Security Bond of £150/US$200. We accept payment by cheque/check, PayPal or Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard). Credit card & PayPal payments are subject to a 3% administration fee. All our rates include sales and tourist tax, currently 12%.
