Our house is located in Osceola County in the sub-division of Strafford Park and backs onto a conservation area.

It is a two storey house which includes:

Master bedroom - King size bed; TV; master bathroom with shower, bath and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed; TV; Closet

Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds; TV; Closet

Bedroom 4 - Two twin beds; TV; Closet

Family bathroom – Bath, shower over; sink; toilet and hair dryer.

All bed linen and towels for both pool and inside use are provided.

Down stairs:

Family room - 50” plasma screen TV; cable TV; Playstation

Kitchen – Fridge/freezer with ice dispenser; cooker; microwave; dishwasher; and all the usual electrical equipment. All cutlery, crockery and pots and pans are supplied.

Breakfast nook

Formal dining room – when the children are in bed this is a good place to spoil yourself and have a nice meal, bottle of wine and talk what about what the day has been like.

Formal living room – this is an ideal area just to sit and listen to music, read a book, do a puzzle or just have a chat with family and friends.

Pool – Our lovely pool has a screen to keep the bugs and wild life out. It backs on to a conservation area and has hedges either side of the house which give it privacy. The pool can be heated at an extra cost (recommended from October to May). There is a pool light inside the pool and outside so that you can have a drink during the warm evenings. Also around the pool area are sun loungers with comfy cushions and a table and chairs with parasol over so that you can sit out of the sun if need be.

If you have little ones, for your peace of mind there is an alarm on the patio door to the pool area which sounds if you have an escapee!

Also downstairs is a toilet and an area with washing machine and dryer. Also available is an iron and ironing board.

We also have internet access.

The bedrooms have laminated floors and the bathrooms have tile. Downstairs the kitchen and family room have tile whilst the formal living and dining room has a carpet.

It is situated on the Osceola Parkway which gives direct access to Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. Most of the major attractions are only 15 minutes away. Close by are the Florida Greenway and I-4 which take you to the beaches on the Atlantic Coast – Cocoa Beach, Melbourne Beach and Daytona Beach. Also I-4 takes you to the Gulf Coast Beaches.

Ventura Downs Shopping Centre is less than 5 minutes away by car. Here you will find Publix Sabor and Albertson’s Supermarkets, a hardware store, gas station, mail shop, drug store, walk-in clinic, Chinese takeout, Little Caesers Pizza and other fast-food outlets, in fact everything for your day-to-day needs. Wal-Mart is 1 mile away by car and 'The Loop' shopping mall which has JC Penny, cinema and restaurents.

Because of the position of the house you have the best of both worlds – located in a pleasant residential suburb away from the tourist hubbub but within easy reach all the popular Parks.

The house is near to 'Fish Camp' where you can see the real Florida. Here you can have breakfast (at weekends), take airboat rides or just have a walk around. If you don't have time to visit the coast, nearby is St. Cloud which actually has a manmade beach and lake.

The house is fully air conditioned and caters for all your needs making this a home from home. We also have an excellent Management Company who is on hand with the touch of a button on the phone, to help if you need anything.

A £200 deposit is required to secure your booking. Your final balance is required 8 weeks prior to the start of your booking. Also required with this final balance is a £200 refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you once a final inspection of the house is made after your departure. For guests staying one week or less a charge of £40 will be made for departure cleaning. If we do not receive full payment by the payment due date then we may cancel your booking. Any cancellation by you must be made in writing and signed by you and posted to our UK address. Cancellation terms are available on request. Payment can be made by either personal cheque (either in dollars or pounds) or via Paypal (a 1% charge is added when using this) Pool heating is an additional extra and is charged at £12 per day. Prices include Florida tax at 13%. Prices per day available upon request.
