Set amongst the 1400 lakes, and orange groves of Lake County, Robin's Nest is a beautiful, comfortable 4 bedroom pool home in the quiet, relaxed setting of a gated community, but only a 15 minute drive from the magical Disney campus. Lake Louisa State Park, with its nature trail, swimming, fishing and boating, is only 5 minutes away, and there are many championship golf courses within a few minutes. Walmart is only 3 minutes away. Also close by are other supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets, drug stores, video and DVD rental, banks, gas stations, post office. There are many Championship golf courses within easy reach.

The villa has 2 extremely large living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you might need. There is a separate laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. We supply all linen, including pool towels. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

The large master bedroom with its American lighthouse theme, overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. The pretty 2nd bedroom with its sea theme, has a queen-size bed, cable TV and wardrobe. The Tinkerbell and Spiderman bedrooms each have twin beds, and wardrobes. All bedrooms are carpeted for comfort, and have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Our spacious accommodation easily sleeps 8 guests. Rollaway beds are also available on request for those extra guests who have joined you to experience the fun, blue skies and sunshine of Florida.

The Games Room has a foosball table, a pool table, table tennis, darts, quoits, and hopscotch.

There are colour cable TVs, stereo, VCR and DVD players, books, games, jigsaws.

The development has a community centre just a few seconds walk away, with 2 more pools, a children's fun pool with water spouts, and a children's playground. It also has facilities for tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, all free of charge. There is a conservation area to the west of our development.

There are many Championship golf courses close by.

Louisa State Park is 5 minutes. Here you will find swimming, boating, fishing and nature trails.

Busch Gardens is near Tampa, about an hour away.

Silver Springs is worth a visit, if only to see manatees - St. John's River. You can take a boat ride here.

Mount Dora is a pretty, quaint town, with lots of knick-knack shops. You can take a boat ride on the lake and through the Dora Canal. About an hour north.

The city of Orlando is easy to get to. It takes about an hour. There you'll find bars, restaurants, theatres, etc.

Take a visit to Winter Park - very good quality shops and boutiques, restaurants, bars, parks. A boat trip will take you from one lake to another.

£150 reservation deposit per booked week.
Balance to be paid not less than 10 weeks prior to start of booking.
Returnable security deposit of £200 to be paid at the same time as the balance.

In case of the booking not being followed through by customers, the reservation deposit is non-refundable.

Payment may be made by Paypal or by cheque.

There is a £50/$85 cleaning charge for stays of less than 7 nights.
