Tower Lake is the second prestigious gated community for Calabay Parc located by Tower Lake where you can fish, and make use of the NEW Clubhouse due for completion later this year. It is close to Shops (Walmart 2 mins open 24/7) Restaurants and is only 15 mins away from the Disney Theme Parks and 20 mins to Universal Theme Parks. The Beaches of the Gulf Coast of Mexico (St Petersburg/Tampa) or those on the East Coast (Cape Canaveral)are less tan 1 hr drive away.

The air conditioned villa sleeps 12 comfortably, two of which are in the lounge on a queen-size sofa bed, and is ideal for 1 very large family or two families or 3 generations of family. Located on an larger than normal plot, the villa extends to nearly 3000 sq ft and includes:

- 2 master suite bedrooms each with a king size bed, walk-in wardrobes and fully tiled en-suite luxury bathrooms, including twin wash basins and separate shower cubicle to the ground floor master suite bathroom.

The ground floor Master Suite 1 is located on the ground floor and is ideal for the less able or elderly generation and gives direct access to the pool deck.

- 1 room with 2 twin beds and fully tiled bathroom

- 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds and a shared ‘Jack and Jill' fully tiled bathroom (directly accessed from both bedrooms) these rooms could be seperated to enable a third Master Suite facility.

- Spacious open-plan lounge tastefully furnished with armchair, comfortable sofas one of which forms a queen size bed and the other love-seat.

- Extensive covered lanai (external room) with ceiling fan, and extended sun deck. Luxury al fresco dining facilities and aluminium pool furniture.

- South-West facing sparkling heated pool with heated spa, underwater lighting, and mesh insect screen covering to pool and extended decking. Optional pool & spa heating for a small charge. A child safety screen is provided to fence off the pool area for the safety of the younger children.

- Garage with windows superbly converted to games room with pool table, table football (foosball), darts board, treadmill (walking/running) and cycle machine.

- Separate laundry/utility room with large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities, convenient downstairs toilet and vanity basin.

- Fully equipped state of the art kitchen with dishwasher, efficient ceramic top cooker, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer with ice making facility, double sink with waste disposal unit, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils etc.

- Dining room is ideal for those more formal occasions or if you want to eat separately from the Breakfast Room.

Our local Management Company can be contacted in case of emergencies 24 hours a day.

Linen, towels and hairdryer provided.

Large Flat screen LCD/TV, surround sound theatre music system and DVD player in lounge and TV and DVDs in all bedrooms with a PS2 and a selection of DVDs and PS2 games, and board games.

The Villa is fully proteted by a monitored alarm system (ADT), with PIR and sensors to all windows and doors including garage doors. There is a fire alarm and fire extingishers for emergencies.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests this is a NON smoking villa and pets are NOT allowed.

I am pleased to confirm that I am able to take bookings anytime of the week in recognition that flights are cheaper when booked other than weekends which tend to be more expensive.

Daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate for each day for holiday when less than 7 nights.

Booking Deposit £150/$250 USD

Security Deposit £150/$250 USD per stay.

The security deposit is a standard charge and will be REFUNDABLE if no damage/breakages have arisen during your stay.

Pool Heating:
£16/$32 USD per day

Discounts:
The third consecutive week booked will attract a discount of 5% on whole booking.

A consecutive booking of 4 weeks or more will attract a discount of 10% on the whole booking.

If you re-book within 30 days of your departure I can offer you a 10% discount on a re-booking.

The price includes all local Florida state taxes, gas, electricity, air-conditioning, water, towels, linen and end of stay cleaning.
