This luxury lakefront, 4 bedroom villa is located only 8 miles or 15 minutes from Disney World and only 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Enjoy your days relaxing by the pool, fishing in the lake or playing at any of the nearby attractions.  
 
Wake in the mornings from the master bedroom or second bedroom and step through the sliding glass doors right on to the pool deck. Enjoy the big Florida birds, as they glide over the lake, while you sip your morning coffee. At bedtime, relax in a warm bath in the garden tub and enjoy a restful nights sleep in our luxury beds. The high quality furnishings and décor make this home stand out from the rest.  
 
Dine in the formal dining room or have a casual meal in the breakfast nook in the kitchen. The large kitchen has all amenities including small appliances and place settings for 8 plus. All linens are included and there is a washer and dryer for your use. 
 
Poolside, there is a table with 4 chairs, 4 lounge chairs and 2 cocktail tables plus a rack to hang your pool towels. The pool is solar heated and can be heated electrically for an additional charge in the cooler months. There is also a foosball and ping pong table in the carpeted garage for your use.  
 
Shopping, restaurants, Super Walmart and dinner theater are all within minutes.

    We require a $200 booking deposit at the time of the reservation. We will require a refundable SECURITY DEPOSIT of $250 to be paid 8 weeks prior to the booking along with the balance due for the rental. There is a supplemental charge of $100 per week or $25 per day for to heat the pool electrically. Our home comes with solar heating for no additional charge. If you cancel your reservation up to 8 weeks prior to your arrival date you will forfeit any booking deposit already paid to us. If you cancel your reservation within 8 weeks of your due arrival date or you fail to show up then you will forfeit any booking deposit and rents already paid to us. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival or no shows. We strongly suggest that you take out the necessary travel insurance to cover your costs in case you are unable to travel for any reason. We accept payment via PayPal.com with check or credit card.
