Location is everything and we think the location of our villa is just about perfect!

The Villa has its own Pool is situated in Buenaventura Lakes area of Kissimmee, an established community, only 16 minutes from Orlando International airport and 15 minutes from Disney and other major attractions, makes it an ideal place to stay

4 minutes away from Ventura Downs shopping mall - just a couple of turnings from Osceola Parkway which leads straight to Disney’s front door, 417Greenway/Florida Turnpike/OBT/192 are all close by

24-hr. Wal*Mart is just 1.25 miles

THE LOOP & LOOP EAST - Florida's newest shopper/dining experience is just 6 mins. away - JC Penny, Kohls, Books a Million, Babies R us ..etc, many varied restaurants which will cater for almost every taste, 16-screen Cinema complex

The pool south facing and screened for your comfort, From the moment you wake until the end of the day the sun shines on this idyllic spot, the pool overlooks a conservation area (woods) a large carpeted lanai/patio area - furnished with reclining deep cushioned sun loungers, patio furniture for dining “al fresco”

The pool/patio area are very private – NOT being overlooked by neighbours on either side – something that is very RARE these days in Florida

Both family/lounge rooms have 2 large comfy sofas, 1 has TV/DVD( 96 cable channels), the 2nd has CD music system,large selection of music (some you may even like!)

A fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need - lots of pots/pans, plenty crockery/cutlery/glassware (plastic is provided for use in the pool area), ceramic/glass top cooker/electric oven/over the range microwave, large fridge/freezer/ice maker/toaster/coffee maker/electric mixer crockpot - if you really have to cook! there are plenty of fast food/takeaway places to alleviate that chore
