Vacation Rental Description
Calabay at Tower Lakes is a luxurious new development on Highway 27 and is only 15 minutes from the magical Walt Disney World Complex. The villa is situated close to the Interstate Highway 4 making Tower Lakes an ideal location to explore both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts and numerous golf courses in this lovely part of central Florida. 
 
Tower Lakes has a gated entrance giving that added sense of security for our guests at Southern View. Lakefront amenities include a clubhouse, boat ramp, fishing dock and picnic area. Fishing features strongly on this large natural lake. Southern View is a 4 Bedroom villa with en-suite bathrooms. There are two Master Bedrooms situated on separate floors and two large Twin bedrooms. 
 
King size masters. 
The first of the Master Bedrooms with a King size bed is situated on the ground floor. It features a luxury en-suite bathroom with his and hers basins, a whirlpool bath and separate walk in shower. Two large walk-in wardrobes also feature in this beautifully appointed room.  
The Second Master Bedroom with King size bed is located on the upper floor with a full en-suite bathroom & fitted wardrobes. 
 
The two Twin Bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor giving that extra privacy for all the guests.  
Cable TV is provided in all of the bedrooms at Southern View, with the two Master Bedrooms also featuring radio/alarm clocks. 
 
All bed linen and bath towels are provided, with the exception of beach towels. 
 
There is also a telephone within the villa. All local calls are free, but a credit card or phone card are required for International calls.  
Southern View features a fully equipped kitchen with a large side-by-side refrigerator cooker with oven and hob, microwave, coffee maker, four slice toaster, blender, dishwasher and waste disposal. 
 
The lounge is contempory with a 3-piece suite, one piece of which is a sofa bed, ceiling fan and emergency lighting There is a 27” remote control television with DVD & VCR, along with a selection of films and board games for your enjoyment. 
 
Elegantly decorated dining room with 6-place dinner setting. 
 
Fully screened South facing extended pool deck with large L shaped heated pool and Jacuzzi, luxury pool furniture is included for your added comfort. The covered lanie has a coolinfg fan for the warm evenings
