Vacation Rental Description

The fabulous views over the conservation area coupled with the incredible peace and tranquillity make this the perfect location from which to base your Central Florida holiday. While soaking up the sun on the pool deck or relaxing in the shade under the lanai and watching the birds and small animals in their natural habitat it is difficult to imagine that Disneyworld is just up the road. All the wonderful sights and sounds of unspoilt natural Florida plus Disney only 15 minutes away is simply paradise for all ages.

To enhance your enjoyment of this idyllic setting we have added solar heating to our south-west facing pool and spa. This beautiful private space is not overlooked by any other pool so you can totally relax on the lanai and enjoy the outstanding, uninterrupted views over the luxurious vegetation and sparkling ponds of the unspoilt wetlands conservation area. The pool and conservation area is visible from almost every room in the house with both master bedrooms having access directly onto the lanai. Whether you want to enjoy the excitement of the theme parks or just relax by the pool, make this beautiful home the base for your most memorable vacation.

The screened pool is 28ft by 14ft with a spa at the far end. Solar heating is provided free of charge, while extra heating is available at £20/$30 per day when required, which is generally late November to early March.

With a view to entertaining both our young and young at heart guests while some members of the family take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings we have converted our garage into a fun filled games room complete with pool/air hockey and foosball tables, electronic dart board and cable TV with Sony Playstation 2.

To ensure you can keep in touch while enjoying your holiday we have installed high speed wireless internet and also provide free international telephone calls.

The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with king size bed, master-suite bathroom and large patio doors exiting to the pool area and one double bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with exit to the pool area. No need to worry about the children, while you enjoy a swim as you can monitor their rooms with our home intercom and music distribution system which is also complete with CD player and AM/FM radio and has a sub-station in every bedroom and on the lanai.

Each of the two twin bedrooms has two single beds and a shared bathroom to provide perfect accommodation for younger guests.

A crib, high chair and stroller are provided free for the use of our very young guests. To ensure peace of mind for parents with young children we have fitted pool door alarms to every door that exits onto the pool deck area.

After a casual day relaxing around the pool, relax and watch the 42" HD digital cable TV - everyone can watch together while dinner is being prepared in the fully equipped, open plan kitchen. Preparing meals, even just a bowl of breakfast cereal, is a pleasure in the open plan kitchen and breakfast nook which have fabulous views out over the pool and conservation area.

There is also a comfortable formal living room featuring large patio doors giving views over, and access onto, the lanai and pool area.

The formal dining area is perfect for those special intimate meals or for entertaining friends.

There are reputed to be between 100 and 150 golf courses in the greater Orlando area. Within one year of its opening in Orlando in 2000, Champions Gate golf course (only a 5 minute drive away) was regarded as one of the top courses, not only in Florida, but in the United States. Highlands Reserve is right next door and Ridgewood Lakes, Polo Park East, Deer Creek and Polo Park are all close by. Then add another 12 courses in the Kissimmee area and 8 in the Lake Buena Vista area and you can tee off at a different course each day.

Childrens play area and tennis courts are a short walk from the villa at the heart of the Westridge community. Fishing is possible on the ponds at the back of the villa or in nearby State parks. State parks are also ideal locations for hiking, biking, kayaking and canoeing. Our closes park is Lake louisa, north on hwy 27 for about 20 minutes.

Shops and restaurants are plentiful in the local vicinity.

Our villa is located in the Westridge community which is a quiet, residential area with communal pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.

A beautiful, peaceful location yet we are only 15 minutes from Disneyworld with excellent shopping and amenities close by.

A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings.
The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date at which time a $320 refundable security deposit is also payable.
During the months of November to March Gas pool heating is available at an additional charge of $25 per day.
Bookings of one month or more are subject to a 20% discount, please ask for a quote.
