Our beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury, fully air conditioned family villa is situated amongst the rolling hills of Clermont, in the prestigious community of Mission Park. It provides state-of-the-art living, comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably.
All that you can possibly want from a holiday is available, generally with guaranteed sunshine. No matter what your interests:theme parks, golf courses , equestrian centres ,fishing, walking locations - all are within easy access.
Disney and Orlando attractions are just a short drive away, while great shopping , dining and other facilities are just minutes away.
Further afield Busch Gardens,Tampa,Kennedy Space Centre and the Gulf Coast offer excellent beaches and other interests within an hour to ninety minutes in either direction.
As it is within a very quiet location it is also ideal for those wishing to just have a break and get away from it all by spending some time lounging by the south facing pool which is ideal for children,as it has a removable safety fence to prevent young children accidentally falling in.

There are many areas of beauty to visit in Florida with Lake Louisa State Park, home to a number of triathlon events and largest lake in South Lake County only five minutes north and many others within reasonable access Clermont is on a chain of 16 lakes connected by the winding Palatlakaha River in the Ocklawaha Basin of the tributaries of the St. Johns River.
The gently sloping terrain with its numerous elevations and scenic views make golfing on any of the many courses within a 10-mile radius an unrivalled pleasure
There is a bike trail - “Rails to Trails” which extends from Clermont to Ocoee.
