This beautiful four bedroom / three bathroom villa has two mastersuites so is ideal for two families sharing. So comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need for your vacation so come share our little piece of paradise - a real home from home.

The first master bedroom has a King size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV and DVD player. In the ensuite bathroom is a corner tub, separate large shower cubicle, twin vanity basins, separate WC and a linen cupboard.

The second master bedroom has a Queen size bed, large walk-in closet, cable TV and DVD player. In the ensuite bathroom is a large shower cubicle, vanity basin & WC. The ceiling fan/light can be operated by remote control from the bed and the walk-in shower has been fitted with a number of support rails for those guests who are not quite steady on their feet. We also supply a shower seat and cork shower mats to avoid slipping on the wet surfaces.

There are two twin rooms, one is Disney themed and both have cable TV and DVD players and plenty of closet space. These bedrooms share the third bathroom. We provide hairdryers in all bathrooms.

One twin room has the Playstation 2 and games and both rooms have plenty of cuddly toys, games, books and coloring books with crayons to keep the little ones amused.

The living area is very spacious and has a 37" flat screen cable TV, DVD player with a large selection of DVD's, CD player, board games and lots of books. It has a large sofa , smaller sofa and chair and the larger sofa can be converted to a double bed for two extra guests.

There are two dining areas. The nook is ideal for breakfast and lunch with the more formal dining room for those extra special evening meals.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could need for your stay whether you eat in or out. It has a large fridge/freezer, large electric cooker, dishwasher, coffee machines, toaster, electric juicer, vegetable chopper etc plus plenty of cooking utensils & indoor and outdoor crockery.

Off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with the large washing machine and tumble dryer. An ironing board and iron is also provided.

We have converted the garage into a games room with pool table, dart board and foosball table with table, chairs and CD player. This room also houses the highchair, stroller and electric wheelchair which are all for use free of charge. We also have a travel cot for an infant.

The pool and extended deck area has the sun from early morning until dusk. What better way to relax than lazing by the pool in the luxurious sun loungers or sitting under the covered lanai, sipping cool drinks in the reclining chairs. The pool itself is surrounded by a safety fence so you can relax knowing your children are safe and cannot fall into the pool. We have two sun loungers, two reclining chairs with footstools and four chairs with table and, an extra set of chairs and loungers in the garage. Of course, there are the must have pool toys which we replace and add to each time we visit. We also supply a baby monitor so you can enjoy the outdoors on an evening and hear that the children are ok.

Our local management company can also provide a Welcome Pack of basic groceries so you don't have to go shopping on your arrival day - details on request.

All local calls are free as is the use of the computer which has high-speed internet access. We just love Orlando - the people, the weather and the relaxing time we have in the villa. Our aim is for you to enjoy it just as much.

For our UK guests, please enquire for prices rather than use conversion tools.

A deposit of £150 ($250) per week is required with the balance payable ten weeks prior to departure.

We require a refundable security deposit of £200 ($250) and aim to have this returned to you, subject to our terms & conditions, within one week to ten days.

Pool heating is £15 ($25) per day or £75 ($150) per week.

For stays of under seven nights, a cleaning fee of £40 ($90) is required.

We can accept payment by personal cheque, bank transfer, credit card payments to our management company - 3% fee applies or card payment via Paypal - 3% fee applies.
