Our home is located in the 4 star Regal Palms Resort & Spa but has 5 star enjoyment and value for money. The property is ideal for golfers, large families or two smaller families.

Adjacent to my home is award winning 18 hole 72 par championship Highlands Reserve Golf Club.

The property has 4 bedrooms (1 large king, 1 large queen and 2 twin rooms) 3 full bathrooms (1 on ground floor. The master bedroom includes one full bathrrom. All bedrooms have tv/dvd players. Open plan, modern, spacious and comfortable living area with two sofas, TV, dining table and double doors leading out to furnished lanai patio. The bathrooms all have shower over bath and have a modern contemporary feel. The property is ideal for disabled or elderly guests (with some limitations) as one of the bedrooms on ground floor with ensuite bathroom.

The modern open plan shaker style kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need and has dining sets to accomodate eight people. Included as follows: Stovetop, oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice making facility, electric can opener, coffee perculator. All cooking utensils are provided including glassware and ceramics for up to eight people.

The house is fully airconditioned and heated throughout with additional fans in each room.

A washer drier is provided in the property for guests personal use along with an iron and ironing board.

For those with infants I have provided a high chair, travel cot/crib and stroller for guests use.

There are 5 tv/dvd's throughout property with cable tv and I have provided a selection of Dvd's for guests use. Additional Dvd's are available for rental in the resort shop.

A hairdryer has been provided for guests use.

The property will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival. Linen and towels are provided and can be cleaned by guests in the property when required. Beach towels are available free of charge pool side.

The Regal Palms Resort facilities include heated lagoon pool, water slides, lazy river (pictured), fully equipped gym, games room, restaurant and bar on terrace at pool area, sundry shop, sauna, jacuzzi and much more. All guests are welcome at Highlands Reserve Golf Club adjacent to the resort where club hire can be organised.

Next to the resort and minutes walk away is Berry Town Centre. There you will find a large Publix supermarket, Applebees restaurant and bar (2 for 1 drinks all day and night), fast food bars, banks, petrol/gas station, beauty salon and an English pub.

There are many more bars, restaurants and shops located a short drive away on Highway 192.

Disney attractions are 15 minutes drive, I-drive, Seaworld and Universal Studios 20 minutes. A shuttle service to all major attractions and theme parks is offered from resort reception. Tickets can also be purchased there at discounted rates.

Payment in full must be received 6 weeks prior to start of rental period. A £250.00 non refundable deposit will be required on booking. Property address and directions will be provided upon receipt of full payment. A $250.00 usd deposit will be held on booking but not to be cashed unless breakages/damage reported on departure. Main booker must be 21+ years old.
