Vacation Rental Description
House is all on one floor with the Master Bedroom (king bed) and bath on one side of the Living Room and the other two bedrooms and two baths on the other (called a split plan). Sliding doors to the pool deck open from the Master Bedroom and from the Kitchen (triple-sliders from the Living Room provide a nice view of pool but are fastened closed). One bath serves the pool area as well as a bedroom providing for showering and dressing after leaving the pool before entering the house proper. There is a TV in the Master Bedroom and the mid-size bedroom (queen bed) as well as the Living Room. The small bedroom (two twin beds) has no TV. A DVD player is attached to the Living Room TV. WI-FI is available at no extra charge - see office staff. 
 
Kitchen is fully furnished including flatware, serving pieces, dishes and pots and pans. Also, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker are included. Washer and dryer are located in the two-car garage. 
 
The pool is fully enclosed with screen and is semi-private (the lot is fenced across the back and down one side (east), but not on the west side). 
 
Office staff can help with golf tee times, tickets to parks and shows, etc., and can advise regarding fast food, casual or fine dining. Tip: my experience has been great at the golf pro-shop restaurant at Champions' Gate, especially their soup (other menu items were good too). 
 
Driving time to Cape Canaveral on the Atlantic coast or to Busch's Park in the Tampa area runs between one and two hours. Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven is about 20 to 30 minutes. Silver Springs to the north is 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Booking requires a non-refundable $100 (USD) deposit (credit card OK). The deposit will be deducted from your account balance. Cards issued by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are acceptable. If your visit is during a cooler month and you wish the pool heater turned on, there is a charge of $120 (USD) per week. There is a $55 cleaning fee if your stay is less than 7 days. The state of Florida imposes a 12% tax on all charges. Example: A week's stay in May would be $800 less 20%, $640 plus $120 to heat the pool, no cleaning fee, plus 12% tax of $91.20, a total of $851.20 (USD).
