This is a large 2 story beautifully furnished 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Community.  
 
The home features 2 Master Suites both on located on the first floor. The main Master is a King and the other is a Queen. All other rooms are located on the second floor along with a professional size pool table. Every bedroom has Cable TV. The family room has a large screen TV with a DVD player and a VCR.  
 
There is a large pool deck with a 32' swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking a conservation area that is South West facing.  
 
Highlands Reserve Community offers a challenging, championship, Mike Dasher designed 18 hole golf course, an all-weather tennis court, a childrens playground and a community swimming pool. Next door to the community is a Publix Supermarket and a strip Mall containing a Chinese Take-Away & Pizza Parlor.

BALANCE OF PAYMENT Eight weeks prior to your arrival date. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. PAYMENT Payments in USD via Personal checks, cashier checks and all major credit cards via paypal.com. CANCELLATION CHARGES before arrival - A. More than 8 weeks – Loss of Deposit B. Between 4 to 8 weeks – Loss of 50% of Total Cost C. Less than 4 weeks – Loss of 100% of Total Cost
