This quality Hillcrest Estates villa is situated on a quiet pie-shaped lot that backs on to an orange grove. Located in Davenport the home is only 12 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just over an hour from both coasts. Shopping and Restaurants galore are minutes away. For the golf lover there are over 20 courses within a half hour radius.Airport: Orlando International Distance: 30 minutes.

Rental Rates * Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. * $1,995 a month any time of the year. Low season Jan,Feb,Sept,Nov - $90.00 a nite or $495.00 per week. Mid season Apr,May,June,Oct - $95.00 a nite or $545.00 per week. High season Mar,July,Aug,Dec - $100.00 a nite or $595.00 per week. Last minute booking discounts are available!!!!!!!!! Please E-Mail for prices. Week-long reservations are made Saturday to Saturday, however, we are happy to accommodate your preferred arrival day as availability allows. Pool Heat Optional $125/week (Recommended October-April). Stays of less than 14 Days add $85 Cleaning Fee. Prices Do Not Include 12% Florida Sales/Hotel Tax. $150.00 Deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to stay. Cancellation Policy; Deposit Refunded up to 30 days before date of stay. * Plus a security deposit of $250.00 due prior to arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure providing there are no damages.
