Vacation Rental Description

Our villa is located in the Four Corners developement which adjoins highway 27, between the 192 and the I-4.
It is a quiet area even though it is only fifteen minutes from all the attractions that Orlando has to offer.
The villa is open planned, light and airy and is airconditioned for comfort in the summer months and heated in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, ice maker, and all the usual electrical items. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are supplied making it a complete home from home when meals are preferred indoors instead of going out to eat. The dining room and family room are comfortably furnished and there is cable television, stereo system, VTR and CD player.

The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside tables and usual bedroom furniture. There is a television and VCR in the room and a patio door leads out to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has two wash basins, a garden tub and a separate enclosed shower cubicle. The toilet adjoins the bathroom. There is also a large walk-in closet where a crib and highchair are stored for use if required. A hair dryer is also provided.

The second double bedrom is also equipped with a queen size bed, usual bedroom furniture and a television. It has a built in wardrobe.

The other two bedrooms are twin bedded, usual bedroom furniture and built in wardrobes.

The second bathroom has a single wash basin, toilet and bath with shower over. We have had an additional half bathroom installed containing a toilet and wash basin.

Adjoining the kitchen is the laundry room which is fitted with a large washing machine/spin dryer and a large tumble dryer. There are also the usual household cleaning items - brushes, buckets, vacuum cleaner and an iron and ironing board.

All bed linen, towels, table and kitchen linen are provided.

Selection of DVD`s, CD`s, books, childrens games.Broadband installed. The pool area has a child safety screen around it and a selection of loungers, chairs and tables. We have also provided a range of plastic ware for use when eating and drinking by the pool. Pool heating is available if required at a cost of $28 per day, the charges being paid direct to the management company.

The nearest golf course is about five minutes drive away (Highlands Reserve) and details of numerous courses within thirty minutes drive are available in the villa. There are shopping precincts within five minutes drive including a Publix supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, general stores and other retail outlets.

Within ten minutes drive is the 192 with its fantastic variety of restaurants, stores, amusement areas, crazy golf and numerous other attractions.

All the Disney theme parks are within easy reach together with International Drive, Sea World, Discovery Cove and Acquatica.

Orlando International Airport is approximately 40 minutes drive from the villa and Sanford Airport a further 15 minutes.

				Low Season Price:	£375 per Week
				High Season Price:	£500 per Week

A non-refunable deposit of £100 for each week is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable eight weeks before the stay commences. A security deposit of £250 will also be required at this time. Payment by personal cheque in Sterling for U.K. guests. For U.S. residents we allow our local management company to administer the bookings. The security deposit is refunded as soon as the management company confirm that they have checked the inventory and villa for damage. The cost of any loss or damage would be deducted from (but not limited to) the security deposit. Discounts are available for late bookings, long stays and reservations made twelve months in advance. For guests staying for less than one week, the management company make a cleaning charge of $90.00.
