Highlands Reserve Golf Course 
 
We are situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf and Country Club, an 18 hole golf course designed by Mike Dasher and opened in 1998, Highlands Reserve is now Orlando's most requested golf course for customers of specialist golf travel agencies. It was nominated as one of America's Top 50 Courses and has been awarded 3.5 Stars by Golf Digest's "Places to Play" guide. It has a decidedly Scottish feel and is unusual for Florida courses in that it has great natural sand traps (being built on a natural sand deposit) and excellent views as the course with the highest elevation in the area. In addition, we are in an excellent position with over one dozen other golf courses in a 10 mile radius of the villa. In other words, a perfect destination for anyone with golf on their minds as the perfect vacation.  
 
There is a community swimming pool, tennis and baseball courts and a children's play area in the community. 
 
There is a small shopping area next to Highlands Reserve (3 minutes by car, 15-20 minutes walk) where you will find a large Publix Supermarket, hairdressers, pool shop, Realtors, Linkester Bar, and take aways including: Fish and Chip shop, Chinese, Pizza, and Indian.

MONTHLY RATES: Please contact us for preferential rates for our longer stay guests. Extra costs include: 12% State and Tourist Taxes Pool heating is $25 per night or $125 per week. Cleaning Surcharge of $80 for all stays under 7 nights. Attraction Tickets if you require them Cleaning is included for the end of your stay. Additional cleaning services can be supplied for an additional charge We require a minimum deposit of $250 or 20% which ever is the greater. The balance of your payment is due 60 days prior to your stay. We also require a $250 Security Deposit in addition to your nightly rate. This is returned to you within 14 days of the end of your stay assuming there is no damage to the villa. Alternatively you can pay a one-off fee of $39 for total coverage.
