Vacation Rental Description
Terrace Ridge is a small gated community situated in a peaceful location close to a conservation area. The ground floor apartment has its own private patio overlooking a spacious lawned area, which is part of the well maintained gardens at the site. A clubhouse is available for all guests and includes a well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, large plasma TV in the lounge area as well as a gym and games room. Outside there is a large heated pool with sun loungers, tables and chairs and an adjacent beach volley ball court. Access to the pool and clubhouse is gained using a swipe card. 
 
The property is fully air-conditioned (with heating), fitted fire and smoke alarms and extra storage rooms. The apartments are strictly non-smoking. The luxuriously appointed rooms are as follows: 
 
Bedrooms: 
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room, dresser, ceiling fan, phone and TV. 
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed with built-in wardrobe, dresser and ceiling fan. 
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with built-in wardrobe, bedside unit and ceiling fan. 
Bedroom 4 has twin beds with built-in wardrobe, bedside unit and ceiling fan. 
There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. 
 
Bathrooms: 
The master en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a walk-in double shower, a bath with shower, hairdryer and wc. 
The twin en-suite has a basin, bath with shower, hairdryer and wc. 
 
Kitchen: 
Fully fitted and well-equipped, with cooker, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, breakfast bar (2 chairs). Also includes electric coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, blender, can opener. 
Utility: Spacious with washer, dryer, iron + board, vacuum cleaner. 
 
Living rooms: 
A large, bright, open-plan lounge/dining area (8 chairs), doors to private patio overlooking lawns. 2 sofas, coffee table, 2 occasional tables, ceiling fan, cable TV/ DVD, internet access and phone. 
 
All linen is provided (including colored towels for the pool or beach). The apartment is cleaned and linen changed between each rental. Maid service during your stay is available at an additional cost. 
 
The property is easy to find and just 12 minutes drive from Disney and 3 minutes drive from the Interstate 4 which provides easy acces to all the other major attractions. There is a large supermarket, restaurants, shops, petrol station, and the highly acclaimed Champions Gate golf complex, which are also just 3 minutes drive away.

Easy access to all major attractions and the gorgeous beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. Large heated pool, jacuzzi, gym and club house within minute walk. For the children, beach volleyball, games room with pool table and games consoles. At the end of a busy day relax in the jacuzzi or take a refreshing dip in the pool. If you still have energy, enjoy a workout in the gym. Alternatively, sit on your own private patio, overlooking the lawns and enjoy the tranquility. We love staying at our Florida homes – we’re sure you'll love them too. Our management company is 10 mins away and their helpful staff will provide any assistance required.

Contact us about last minute discounts. A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure a booking and a the balance 8 weeks prior to departure. A $250 or £150 security deposit is required to cover damage and breakages.
