clean and cozy.This 2/2Bedroom,2-Bath Condo is perfect for your family
vacation.A relaxing getaway spot from the normal hassels of staying
at an expensive "tourist" hotel. Nestled in the lush tropical landscape
of "Ventura Country Club", this Condo has a fold-out sleeper couch in
the living room is able to sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen
is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave and all
other amenities to prepare your meals. It also features Cable TV, DVD Player
+ DVD movies that will keep your children occupied to give you some time
for a rest.
After a busy day in the parks, enjoy a nice quiet evening on the screened
patio,relax in the Jacuzzi or pool or take a walk. Golfers can enjoy an
18 Hole/Par 70 Championship Golf Course, professional golf coaching, a
pro shop and reduced green fees. The clubhouse includes a restaurant,
bar, fitness center, library and an olympic size pool. Tennis and golf

The minimum stay is 7 days. The rent per week/7days is US-$499.00 all year around(except Easter, Christmas+ New Years (579.00/week). Florida Tax of 12.5% is not included and will be added.(no other fees, no cleaning fees, all incl.) Monthly rentals are also available upon request. (Jan/Feb/March Snowbird Specials). Arrivals : Saturdays after 4pm, departures Saturdays by 11 am.(Eastern/Florida Time). For special requests or other arrival days, please don't hesitate to contact me. Security deposit : US-$ 150.00(1-2 week rental) and $ 300.00(3-4 week rental). European guests: EUR- € 150.00(1-2 week rental) and € 300.00(3-4 week rental). Visitors from Europe can transfer the security deposit into my German bank account. Visitors from other countries(outside the US) will be able to pay the security deposit by credit-card. (I will provide you with the details how to pay by credit-card).
