Terrace Ridge Holiday Condo is conveniently located on the fabulous much sought after Terrace Ridge gated resort, just minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and less than a half mile from all of the fun and facilities of Reunion Country Club and Champions Gate Golf resort, Florida. 
 
Furnished to the highest standards with every emphasis placed on the small details, your vacation stay will prove to be an exceptional experience and just that extra memorable than most. Benefiting from conservation views which are unique to just a few of the units at Terrace Ridge, the condo’s ideal site location lends itself to being the ‘perfect getaway’ ensuring a quiet, relaxing and tranquil vacation for the discerning traveler.  
 
This three bedroom, two bathroom spacious ground floor condominium is over 1,550 square feet – so there’s lots of room to relax in – and just a short walk to the resort club house. At Terrace Ridge club house, you can bask in the Florida sunshine as you sit by the sparkling community pool and spa. The children can enjoy themselves in the games room at the club house, and if you’re feeling energetic, you can burn off some calories in the fitness centre. If that’s too much work – then why not relax in the club house lounge, and meet other guests? 
 
Sleeping accommodation includes three bedrooms. The master suite has an inviting quality assured king-size bed, cable TV, clock/radio, two night-stands with lamps, full dresser/mirror and walk-in closet space, plus a master bathroom with his ‘n’ hers vanity unit, toilet and walk-in shower.  
 
The queen bedroom provides a full-size bed, cable TV, nightstand with lamp, dresser, closet space, and an adjacent family bathroom with his ‘n’ hers mirrored vanity unit, bath/shower and toilet.  
 
The last bedroom is the children’s room, with two twin beds, cable TV, nightstand and lamp, dresser and closet space. Finally, the sofa in the family room can be converted to a queen-size sleeper as required. The entire condo is furnished to the highest standards guaranteeing an experience of comfort and exceptional quality. 
 
Terrace Ridge is located minutes away from the theme parks and attractions. Nearby, there are numerous championship golf courses to choose from including Champion’s Gate and the exclusive Renunion Country Golf resort. 
 
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you and your family could need. Eat together as a family in the informal dining area, at the breakfast bar, or sit and sip a glass of your favourite on the patio with its garden and conservation views…. or dine out and enjoy the nearby restaurants. The choice is simply yours. 
 
To add to your convenience during your stay, a technological cutting edge Voice Over Internet Phone system (VOIP) has been installed offering a concierge service to guests, providing advice, information or simply the opportunity to speak to a friendly voice to answer any of your queries during you stay at the condo.

    A 20 percent booking deposit/fee is required when making a reservation. A refundable $ 250.00 security & breakage deposit is required for all bookings. For stays of less than the minimum nights stated, there is a $80 one off cleaning charge. Preferred payment credit card/PayPal - Applicable 2.9% Transaction Charge In the event of your party needing to cancel , the following conditions will apply. Any cancellation within the final 8 weeks will regrettably result in the loss of the whole booking fee (not including the security deposit) Failure to pay the balance by the final due date (8 weeks prior to arrival) may result in the loss of the booking and deposit. If we do not receive the payment we will endeavour to contact the guest but if we do receive no payment or communication, then unfortunately, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.
