The villa is owned privately owned and built to the highest quality.

The villa is situated in Clermont, on the Sunrise Lakes development, just off highway 27, only 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 8 miles from Disney.

Wal-mart is situated just 1mile from our villa. Wal-Greens pharmacy and other shops for all your needs are just around the corner

Our villa is fully air conditioned through-out

All linen and towels are included

All to aid perfect relaxation and further your enjoyment.

Our helpful management company is available to assist you at all reasonable times, and 24 hours for emergencies

PAYMENT: Payment can be made by credit card or paypal. We send a 'request for payment' email via paypal.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be made in writing. There is no refund of deposit on any cancellation. For cancellations between 41-31 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of 60% of the outstanding balance. For cancellation less than 31 days prior to arrival full payment is required.
INSURANCE: Travel insurance is advised.
