From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates,you will notice the peaceful palm-tree lined streets, the well manicured gardens; and the pastel colored houses, which create a feeling of peace and tranquility. The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing up to a lake, the large pond or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is an 8 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive, and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes.

The new Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large supermarket to cater for all your needs, and various food outlets and small family restaurants is a 5 minute drive from the community. There is also the Reunion golf course 5 minutes away as well as 30+ other golf courses within a 15-20 minute drive from the villa.

This impressive 5 bedroom house has 2 master suites both are ensuite. One of the ensuite bathrooms leads directly out to the covered lanai and pool deck. There are 3 additional bedrooms, and the 3rd family bathroom is nearby.

The house has a games room which features a host of activities such as a pool table, dart board and foosball. This will keep the kids and adults well entertained! You are sure not to be bored here!

Leaving this room, you will find a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player and VCR. There are plenty of movies and DVD's to choose from. We also have a stereo system with a CD player so don't forget to bring your favorite music! For our younger guests, we offer a small selection of toys, puzzles and games.

For those who need to work or to communicate with loved ones back home, we offer FREE Wi-Fi Internet Access. All you need to bring is your laptop!

The kitchen/breakfast bar is well thought out and includes all modern utilities such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker(oven). There is also a dining area with a large family table. Also offered is a laundry room with a full sized washing machine and dryer. The house is fully air conditioned,and is heatable if needed.

Outside you will find your pool and sunny screened in deck with great lake views which is a nature lovers paradise! The deck is fully furnished with table and chairs, making it a great spot for watching the sun go down, and the pool is inviting especially after a long day sightseeing. The covered lanai is perfect for those al-fresco meals to enjoy with the warm Florida breezes.

This house is ideal if more than one family staying as there is so much space, the only problem you will find, is leaving it!
