Villa Palmera is situated in Windward Cay, a small, select, open floor plan estate only 400 yards off of Route 192. This community is also known as the "Hidden Jewel of Kissimmee," which is located just a short 10 minutes from the Disney Resorts, and 15 minutes from Sea World and the exciting Universal Studios. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes to the West, while to the East, The Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach can be reached within 45 minutes to an hour. 
 
This intimately private and relaxing villa backs up to a beautiful conservation area. Filled with beautiful hibiscus bushes and large trees, you will feel like you are in your own private paradise. With all the amenities expected of a Floridian Villa, this three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom home sleeps 6 – 8 people comfortably. 
 
The Villa is also well maintained by a Managing Company who are always available throughout your stay.

The villa is equipped with extra towels and linens, as well as, wireless internet access secured and exclusively for our guests. We have also added a great GAME ROOM for everyone to enjoy a great game of air hockey, darts, board games AND we also have a nintendo game cube with games and two controllers for the kids to enjoy... All the theme parks are located so close to the villa...Disney is 10 minutes while Universal and Sea World are a short 15 minute drive...Route 192 has a numerous amounts of things to do...from restaurants to go karts, everything is right around the corner from this villa...Coco Beach is located approximately 35 minutes away...while Clearwater beach is approximately 1 1/2 hours away. Villa Palmera's location just can't be beat.
