A brand-new 5-bedroom/4-bathroom Florida vacation rental home in a tranquil setting on one of the newest, upmarket gated communities. Our vacation rental home is only 10 minutes from Disney and the rest of the theme parks that Orlando has to offer and comfortably accommodates ten people.
This 5-bed villa with private screened pool is situated in the lovely conservation community of Marbella at Davenport. It is in a peaceful location set in a wooded conservation area, and has the advantage of being located just off Hwy. 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. Disney is only a 10-minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast.
Enjoy gated access, with on-site facilities of a clubhouse, with health spa, steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium, internet café, concierge desk, games room, coffee shop, cinema, along with children’s play area, tennis courts, and water feature.
The villa is in a quiet location, and has ample parking for cars. It is fully air-conditioned throughout, and there are ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. All crockery, cutlery, towels and linens are provided and included in the rental price is a full villa clean after every client, carried out by our management company. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer.


KITCHEN AND NOOK



The kitchen is open plan and combines with a breakfast nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher etc.

FAMILY ROOM



The family room has comfortable seating, and there is a 42” LCD remote control cable television.








SITTING ROOM AND DINING ROOM




The dining room has seating for four, and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at-home dining. There is also a second quiet sitting room.

MASTER 1 AND MASTER 2





There are two impressively large master bedrooms, one overlooks the swimming pool on the ground floor, which has direct access onto the pool deck, and once is on the first floor. Both master-suites have walk-in closet, night tables, lamps, and clock radio. Both En-suites have bath, shower, toilet and vanity unit.










FULL BEDROOM


This is a further comfortable room on the ground floor, which has ample closet space, nightstand, chest, lamp and clock radio. It is next to the house-bathroom.










TWIN ROOMS



Each of the twins on the first floor has two single beds, nightstand, reading lamp, built in wardrobes (with plenty of space. There is a family bathroom next to these bedrooms, again containing vanity unit, toilet, bath, and shower.

















POOL AND DECK


The pool area has a sun deck area complete with superior patio dining furniture, ideal for breakfasting after a morning swim. There are loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The pool is 24’ x 12’ and can be heated when required. There is a child-safe pool guard.

There is also a fully equipped games room
With basketball, pool, air hockey and darts.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and has cable TV in most rooms along with a large 42in TV to the family room. We have the added advantage of a fully fitted games room with pool, darts, air hockey and basket ball. There is a 24 hour management company on hand for any guests requirements.

				Low Season Price:	£550 per Week
				High Season Price:	£700 per Week

TERMS & CONDITIONS RESERVATION DEPOSIT & PAYMENT OF BALANCE: A reservation deposit of £200 is required with the completed booking form. The full balance is payable no later than 3 calendar months prior to the date of rental arrival. In addition a refundable security deposit of $200 is to be deposited with our local management company within 48 hours of arrival. On verification that all is in order this deposit will be returned within 30 days. CANCELLATION CHARGES: The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation made within 30 days will lose an additional 50% of there total amount and within 15 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies. AMENDMENTS: In the event that you need to change your holiday dates, we will do our best to make the requested change. However, if this is not possible the above cancellation charges will apply.
