Vacation Rental Description
Our villa is in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community, it consists of four bedrooms, (two king size, two twin) two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a lounge/dining room, family room and games room, free wireless internet/national & international calls (land lines only). Full American kitchen and private heated swimming pool. Hampton lakes is a quiet estate in a rural atmosphere within easy reach of all the main attractions and numerous golf courses including the prestigious Highland Reserve Course which is adjacent to Hampton Lakes and Champions Gate only 5 minutes drive. 
 
 
The villa is spacious, decorated and furnished to a very high standard in traditional Floridian style. It is fully air conditioned and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. The area has been magnificantly landscaped with an onsite lake, community pool, volleyball and tennis courts plus children's play are 
 
Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom walk in wardrobes and flat screen TV. This room overlooks the pool. 
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with built in wardrobes. 
Bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds and built-in wardrobes. TV/PS2 
 
There are two lounge areas, this one is the formal living room with two three seater sofas and a dining table with seating for up to 8 persons. The other is the family room which opens onto the pool, it has a two seater sofa and a three seater sofa bed plus 42" plasma cable tv and dvd player, We have a wireless router, printer and phone where you can enjoy unlimited internet access and free calls to USA, Canada and most of Europe (to land lines only)  
The pool area is situated at the back of the villa with patio doors leading to the family room, it has a large deck area with table chairs and sun loungers. The pool has a cover for the winter months and is enclosed by a lanai to keep it free from insects. We also have a new privacy fence, and plants surrounding the pool. The pool and deck are floodlit for nights use. 
 
Vlla Betty Boo is located in the gated Hampton Lakes Community on Hwy 27 just off the I4. We are 2 minutes from a large Pubix supermarket along with shops and restaurants, a sports bar showing international live sports, a nail bar & pizza & Chinese takeaways. Our villa is situated very close to all the attractions, Disney is 10 mins. away, Universal 20 mins. There are many restaurants within 10 minutes on Hwy 192, the Outback, Carrabbas, Red Lobster to name but a few! The shopping is second to none in Orlando, the Premier Mall is just 10 minutes from us, with the Florid Mall about 25 minutes drive. The new Premium outlet at the Beltz is hugh and is at the end of International Drive 20 minutes from us.  
 
Orlando is a golfers paradise with 73 courses, many designed by top golfers. Adjacent to Hampton Lakes is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course, rates from May to October are $32 including buggy! There are many other courses close by including Champions Gate, Orange Lake Legends (Arnold Palmer), Disney Eagle Pines, Hunters Creek and Southern Dunes which are all within a 10 minute drive of our villa. With this in mind you are able to take advantage of these special out of season rates. September, November and January you can rent the villa for £375/$740 per week, for a party of 10 that is only £37/$74 per person! with flights for as little as £300 you can have a weeks golfing in the sunshine state for £338/$669 per person. Or better still book for a fortnight at a rate of £325/$643 per week and spend two weeks golfing & shopping for under £365/$722, you may even fit in the odd theme park too!

    • Villa Betty Boo is on the prestigeous Hampton Lakes Community (off Hwy.192 10 mins. from Disney) where you have free use of the communal pool, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, along with kiddies play areas. We have our own private pool which has a privacy fence & child safety fence and is heated when required with a pool cover to retain the heat. The pool & deck is floodlit for use at night. Villa Betty Boo has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a games room, 2 living areas and full kitchen. It is air-conditioned and has central heating. We also offer free wireles internet/national and international calls (to USA, Canada & most of Europe to land lines only). We are in a prime loaction for all your holiday needs, be it theme parks, golf or shopping. Our villa is maintained and decorated to a very high standard and we have a management company on hand should to deal with any of your concerns.
