Vacation Rental Description

This single story five bedroom villa on the Clear Creek community is just a few minutes drive from a wide range of shops, restaurants, golf courses and just a short drive away from the disney theme parks. With a major makeover at the start of 2011, with tasteful furniture and new décor throughout, this really is an ideal home for your Orlando holiday.

Enter through the front door into a tiled hallway leading to the open-plan kitchen and breakfast dining area, equipped with everything you might need. A formal dining area sits nearby and is adjacent to the family lounge which contains a large screen TV with surround sound system and doors to the pool deck.

The Master bedroom, with King-size bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom overlooks the pool area. Bedroom two, with a queen size bed also has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3, at the front of the villa contains twin beds, as does the fourth bedroom. Bedroom five contains triple bunk beds with a double at the bottom and single on top.

The games room has been equipped with a pool table that can be converted into ping pong, table football game, air hockey table and darts - plenty to keep the whole family occupied!

Outside; a south-west facing pool deck area with private pool is enclosed completely with privacy fencing. An undercover dining area with fan and awning completes the alfresco living requirement!

We stayed in this fantastic villa for 2 weeks in mid march and found everything we could possibly need there. The rooms were so clean and the poolwas brilliant. It was such a pleasure to come back to after a day at the parks in the heat and just cool off in the pool.Booking was easy and straight forward and Val was really helpful and the welcome pack was so appreciated. Can't wait to return for our next Florida trip.

This place was amazing!! At first I wasn't sure if I can trust sending my money to rent the place but I was wrong. I spoke to Val on numerous times via email. She was very helpful and very honest. The house was spacious, clean and new. Our family had a great time. The house was also very cozy and private. If your looking to have a vacation in Orlando with your family,I would highly recommend this place to you. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Thank you Val.

Spent two weeks in October with the family, 10 in total and the villa was perfect for us. Tastefully decorated,excellent furnishings and loads of room. The villa is situated in a quiet area and not too far from Disney parks. Grandchildren loved the games room but the swimming pool was the biggest attraction. Great after a day in the parks. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

We strongly recommend this beautiful, well kept, well equipped villa. It is in a quiet location but near to all major attractions. The owners have paid great attention to small details, which make all the difference. The pool area is not overlooked and was wonderful after a day in a park or just relaxing over breakfast. We look forward to visiting again!
